Common cause of a person listed with BanCop.net is that he or she requested to be Voluntary ban from gambling from one of the Online and/or Land casinos from around the World. Such casino will log into BanCop.net system and add the person in their list.

 

How to alert BanCop.net about a listing error

 
  • Please, do not write us to tell us that you mad a mistake and ask for early delisting. If you listed because you requested such listing from your Online and/or Land casino, please ask such a casino for delisting. Each casino manages his lists. If you used the BanCop.net Free service to Voluntary list yourself, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot and will not do any early delisting for any one. A person uses BanCop.net service to Voluntary ban himself from gambling will only be automatically deleted from our list at the end of the Voluntary period he or she subscribe to.

  • We will attempt to answer your email. However, we may not respond if you are asking for early delisting.

  • BanCop.net automatically deletes any listing in its database within 24 hour at the end of the listing period.

  • BanCop.net will blacklist any person email and or IP that are trying to abuse the system.

  • BanCop.net verify the email address of every person subscribe to its Voluntary gambling ban service. BanCop.net will only accept the subscription of the person confirms his or her email address to BanCop.net. BanCop.net are not responsible of confirming any other information the person may enter in his or her application such as First name, Last name, address, date of berth etc.

  • It is your responsibility to enter the correct information in the form when you apply for Voluntary ban (Self-exclusion or Opt-out) from gambling. BanCop.net will only approve application with the correct information.

  • It is the Online and/or Land casino management responsibility to make sure that all the information submitted by a person using BanCop.net service are correct and match the information they have from such a person before they stop him or her from gambling at their casino.

  • If you are a gambler and you do not know why you are listed, please do not worry because the Online and/or land casino you are using will check and make sure that all the personal information you have matches the information they received about you from BanCop.net. If such information dose not matches, you are not band and they can contact us to remove you from our list.

  • We will only remover you from our ban list if one of the Online and/or Land casinos using BanCop.net remove you from their list or asked BanCop.net to remove you from its database.

  • If you have received a BanCop.net email or a report you are challenging, please use contact us. Include the complete subject line from the email or report, describe the reason you are disputing the email or report, any supporting documentation, your name and your information.

  • We can resolve an issue faster if we do not have to ask for additional information.

  • We do not answer email with profanities or threats. If you threaten legal action, we will have to refer your email to our legal department, which will delay any action we might otherwise have taken

  • Please, do not ask us to make exceptions to our posted policies
