Any Land Casinos joins BanCop.net they will become Land Casino Administrators.

Online and Land Casinos can remover any person from their own ban list any time they like.

If a customer ask your casino to remove him or her from BanCop.net ban list and such a customer is not on your ban lists (you did not add him to the list), contact us and we will forwarded your request to the casino who added him or her to our database to do it. Only the casino who added the subscriber has the right to delete him or her from the ban list. If such a customer used BanCop.net website to add himself, BanCop.net will consider removing him from the ban list and send you confirmation.
