We need to hire many professional employees to text and/or voice chat with your compulsive gamblers. Our 24/7 service is divided into 3 shifts each shift is 8 hours. Therefore, we need three employees to keep one live line of text and/or voice chat in one language open 24/7 and we have many live lines in many deferent languages. We are having hard time just paying our employees salary and our office expenses. We are stretching ourselves very thin to help as many of your compulsive gamblers as we can.

We need to keep helping your compulsive gamblers FREE of charge to ban themselves from gambling (Self-exclusion or Opt-out) for a period. We hire programmers to develop your ban software. We also have many other employees for manually examine every ban request before approving it. We need your support to pay all such employees.
